This year's Limited Edition Autumn Anniversary Blend represents a tale of Two Africans - Our goal was to create a vibrant celebratory moment that will make you think twice, carries a natural sweetness that has a rich mouth feel, bright in flavor with a fruity sweetness and sparkle that carries all the way to the finish.
Zambia - Hailing from one of the first coffee estates in Zambia, Kateshi Estate represents the heart of coffee production from the Northern region. It’s also award winning, with some of its coffees placing both 1st and 2nd in Zambia’s Taste of Harvest each year. And just like last year, we are featuring an anaerobic coffee with a flavor profile unlike anything we’ve had before!
* The anaerobic process is a method where the coffee is fermented in pressurized sealed tanks without oxygen. Anaerobic coffees are known for their big, fruity flavors, vibrant acidity, and juicy heavy body.
Ethiopia - This coffee from the highly coveted Misty Valley in the Yirgacheffe highlands, provides the delicate balance and structural base to the big fruit forward nature of the anaerobic coffee.
