Directly from You: We collect personal information provided directly to us, whether in person or online, including when you visit our cafés, fill in any form on our website, make a purchase through our website or in-store, make a Luxxista Rewards account or Luxxista Legend subscription account or subscribe to our Luxxista Rewards program, enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, join a waitlist, RSVP for an event, respond to a survey, interact with or post on our social media accounts, respond to a survey, apply for a job, sign up to receive emails or text messages, submit information to customer service.

Automatic Data Collection Technologies: As you navigate through and interact with our website, click on emails we send you, or interact with our ads, we may use automatic data collection technologies such as cookies, flash cookies, or web beacons to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns.

In-store and other Audio, Visual, or Electronic Technologies: We may record customer service calls and maintain a transcript of chats for quality assurance. We also use Closed Circuit Television or CCTV in our cafés.

From Third Parties: We obtain information from businesses that we have partnered with, such as partners utilizing drop-ship, Klayvio, Amazon, Paypal, Afterpay, ApplePay, Square and other partners we choose to collaborate or work with. If you apply for a job with Caffe Luxxe, we may receive information regarding you from your former employers or references, any headhunter or employee search parties we work with, or from any background check service providers we contract with.

Social Media Platforms: If you interact with us on social media or use plugins, widgets, or other tools provided by social media platforms or networks (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (FKA Twitter), Google, YouTube, and Pinterest), we may collect information that you disclose to us, or that the social media platforms disclose to us. We encourage our users to familiarize themselves with privacy policies of these third party social media platforms.

How Do We Use Your Information?

We may use your personal information for many reasons, including:

Providing Products, Services, and Programs: We use your personal information to provide you with our products and services, for example fulfilling orders; processing payment; sending receipts and order updates; sending notifications regarding your account and purchases; to create, update, change and otherwise manage your Luxxista Legend account or your Luxxista Rewards membership and to provide participating customers with our Luxxista Rewards program, including account setup and maintenance, tracking earning and redemption of rewards points, and sending you rewards-related messages.
