Product Availability
We will always do our best to keep inventory on hand for all of the items we sell. However, due to the handcrafted nature for many of our products, it is possible for an item you order to not be immediately available. If this happens, we will contact you as quickly as possible and let you know when to expect your order to ship.
Standard Shipping
Orders, including Subscriptions, placed before 9am Pacific Time, Monday through Friday will ship same day, pending product availability. Orders placed after 9am Pacific Time the next business day.
Free Shipping
Orders $50+ (after any discounts) and subscriptions shipping to the contiguous 48 states and District of Columbia qualify for free shipping via UPS SurePost. Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories do not qualify for Free Shipping.
PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time. An order may be shipped to a UPS store as an alternate and picked up your convenience. Please note, UPS may charge a small service when picking up the order. Holiday Shipping
Holidays for Caffe Luxxe are defined as:
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
If a Holiday falls on a Tuesday, any orders that would normally ship that Tuesday, or the Monday prior, will ship the next business day. If a Holiday falls on a Thursday, any orders that would normally ship that Thursday, or the following Friday, will ship the next business day. If a Holiday falls on any other weekday, any orders that would normally ship that day will ship the following business day.
