Earn points for every $1 spent at your designated tier rate at the time of purchase when you scan your member code, then pay with cash, credit/debit card, or mobile wallet. Higher tier statuses receive a higher point earning bonus.
*Physical gift card purchases and wallet top up purchases do not qualify for points – Points are earned when those gift card / top up credits are spent.
To qualify for any benefits, you must be an active member with at least 1 purchase within a 6-month period.
Points expire after 6 months with no purchase registered to your account.
Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed towards your purchase in store or online. Point value: 1 point = $1.
Tier Points expire after 6 months with no purchases. To remain a Silver member, you'll need to earn at least 100 Tier Points a year, to remain a Gold member you'll need to earn at least 300 Tier Points a year, and to remain Platinum you'll need to earn at least 600 Tier Points a year. If you don't achieve enough points within your annual period, you'll automatically move back down to the previous tier. If you're a Grey member, no need to worry. Your membership won't expire, but your tier points will if you don't have any purchases within a 6-month period. You can find out the date your tier will expire in your account.
Your Tier Upgrade Cycle is calculated from the current date of the month, to the 1st day of the same month in the previous year. Once you're a Silver/Gold/Platinum member you'll remain in that tier provided you earn the minimum number of Tier Points within the membership period (100 points to remain Silver, 300 points to remain Gold, 600 points to remain Platinum). You'll have a full 12 calendar months to retain your membership status. If you don't earn enough Tier Points within the Upgrade Cycle to retain your Silver/Gold/Platinum membership, you'll automatically revert back to Gold from Platinum, to Silver from Gold, and Grey from Silver.
