When Zoe and Josh Nathan, founders of the Rustic Canyon family of restaurants, asked us to help create a coffee for them, we were honored with the opportunity to work with such accomplished culinary professionals. In creating this blend, we sought to complement their foods and support their vision of a holistic dining experience from beginning to end.
We partnered with Zoe and Josh to create a coffee with rich notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and a beautiful citrus finish that acts as a perfect palate refresher after a lovely meal.
