My favorite coffee
LOVE this coffee. These beans are a staple for me. The flavor is truly great and it’s a deep, satisfying start to the day as well as an afternoon treat. I have friends that travel and bring me beans from all over the US and they’re pretty good but don’t compare to these. 10 years later and I still find these beans my favorite.

Our go-to espresso bean!
The Montenero espresso bean is my favorite, hands down! During the pandemic, we started a coffee exchange group to break up the monotony of being stuck at home. After trying dozens of different roasters, this bean rose quickly to the top as our all time favorite! It’s been a few years since the shut down ended and even though we’ve ventured out to explore other roasters, we always come back to this one. It’s rich, chocolaty, nutty, and ALWAYS pulls a beautiful espresso. And, as many home baristas know, a forgiving bean that pulls great espresso is hard to find (so many wasted beans $$$)! 3 out of 6 of the coffee club members now use Montenero as their espresso bean of choice — the other members don’t have espresso makers. I’ve read that this bean is also good for pour over too, but haven’t tried it yet. This is by far, the most forgiving and best tasting we’ve had! TIP: they seem to ship on Monday/Tuesday, so order your beans by Monday AM if you want them by Wed/Thur. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait longer to receive them. Hope they improve this since you don’t always know when you’ll run out of beans!
