We're pleased to offer this seasonal single origin from the birthplace of coffee, Ethiopia! Enjoy aromas of floral, clove and stone fruit in this medium-bodied coffee, featuring flavor notes of peach, jasmine and caramel, a bright, crisp acidity, and a clean, lingering finish.

Common among premium coffees, a washed process means that the coffee cherry has been sorted for quality, depulped, and submerged underwater for 2-3 days; it’s then washed and soaked again, before being laid to dry on raised beds for 9–12 days. Washed coffees are appreciated for their clarity of flavor and aroma, and professional coffee graders often notice a more prominent influence of the coffee’s terroir evident in the taste.
