St. Patrick's Day is here, and we asked our friends at Kikori Whiskey to share some of their favorite Coffee + Whiskey recipes! A beautiful take on the classic Irish Coffee!
In a pot over a flame, stir 3/4 cup agave syrup and 1/4 cup water. Add 3 cinnamon sticks and simmer for 5 minutes. Then cool contained mixture in a bowl of ice and water. Once cool, strain to remove cinnamon sticks and excess cinnamon.
Stir Kikori and cinnamon agave syrup in a coffee glass, then fill with hot coffee and stir. Top with fresh whipped cream, and garnish with grated cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
Add a little something extra to your afternoon iced coffee.
Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker with ice, then add freshly grated nutmeg and cinnamon. Shake vigorously and strain into a Collins glass, without ice. Pour the remaining ice and froth from the shaker on top and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg & cinnamon.
The perfect balance of Kikori and Caffe Luxxe.
Combine all ingredients (except cream), stir and pour into coupe glass. Top with a heavy whipped cream float and garnish with black sesame seeds.
