A new, in-season coffee from the best coffee producing region in Costa Rica!

We’re thrilled to bring back a washed microlot single origin from our friends at CoopeDota in San Jose, Costa Rica.  Coopedota has a first of its kind certified carbon-neutral mill, and traceability and quality control are second to none.  

We have had a direct relationship with this coop for many years and provide the farmers with higher than fair trade prices to support our sustainable business practices.  This helps the region continue to prosper and grow, providing additional support for their community to develop economically.

We love this coffee for its aroma of caramel and citrus, and it's flavors of brown sugar, red apple, and juicy ripe cantaloupe.  It features a medium, silky body, a soft ripe lime acidity, and a clean, sweet finish.

Our recommended brewing recipe is 28 grams for a 12oz cup, hot or iced.
