Our secret weapon.

    Our baristi are training all the time.  On average, it takes a new-hire between 4-6 months before they master the skills to be called a barista.

    Why so much training?

    Temperature, pressure, grind coarseness, coffee dosing, pack pressure, environment, equipment, artistic technique and many more factors affect coffee quality and each contributes to a perfect cup.  For us, every cup we make it an obsession.  For most of our competitors, they simply push a button and ignore all the details.
